The Hotel Sorrento City is a small, traditional property situated on Sorrento's main street, 100 metres from Piazza Tasso and 300 metres from the harbour. This two floor hotel features 12 air conditioned guestrooms decorated simply in fresh light hues with tiled floors and light oak furnishings. Rooms open onto balconies and in room amenities include cable TV and phones.
After enjoying a continental breakfast in the modern dining room, guests can head out for a day of sightseeing in Sorrento or along the Amalfi coast. The hotel is situated in the town centre and is a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the main square. The harbour with hydrofoils to other islands in the Gulf is 300 metres from the hotel. Naples Airport is 60 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.

From the airport take the Curreri bus, which stops just outside the arrivals hall, to Piazza Tasso in Sorrento. After getting off the bus follow the road Corso Italia where the hotel is located. From the train station in the centre of Naples take the Circumvesuviana line in the direction of Sorrento and get off at the last stop. Trains leave every 30 minutes and the journey takes about an hour to Sorrento. A taxi from the airport costs about 85 EUR.
Driving directions: From north or south Take the motorway A3 Salerno Reggio Calabria, exit at Castellammare di Stabia, follow the SS Sorrentina 145 along the coast, drive past the towns Meta, Piano di Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. Reach the center of Sorrento, follow 'via degli Aranci', direction 'Piazza Tasso' then, on the right, follow the main street 'Corso Italia' where the hotel is situated.
