The Ryad Mogador Al Madina Palace is a large, self contained holiday resort, built in typical Moorish style, and is located overlooking the main sandy beach in the tourist area of Agadir. The 206 guestrooms are decorated in traditional Moorish style, with polished tile floors, rugs and richly coloured bedspreads. All rooms include satellite television, air conditioning and minibars. Some rooms have balconies or terraces looking out on the beach.
Guests have a wide choice of restaurants and bars to choose from within the hotel complex. Cuisines on offer include Italian, traditional Moroccan, Lebanese and Mexican, each served in a dining area with corresponding decor. A number of the restaurants and bars include terraces overlooking the beach, where guests can dine and drink in the open air. The hotel offers live entertainment such as belly dancing, live music from pianists and the recounting of traditional Moroccan folklore. Guests can enjoy a bit of pampering in the hotel's health and relaxation facilities, which include jetted tubs, a Turkish bath, a gym and massage services. A large, tree lined, lagoon style pool, equipped with sunbeds and parasols, lies at the centre of the hotel complex. The 24 hour front desk has multilingual staff that can assist with transport arrangements, organise day excursions and exchange currency. The hotel is located within 300 metres of Agadir's beach and one kilometre of the local fishing port, and the surrounding area has several restaurants, bars and casinos. A full scale golf course is seven kilometres from the hotel. Visitors may also like to spend the day at the ancient walled city of Taroudant, 80 kilometres from the hotel. Agadir Al Massira Airport is 26 kilometres (16 miles) from the hotel.

A typical taxi fare from the airport is 200 Dhs (12 GBP). Shuttle buses are also available.
From Agadir airport: Turn left and head in the direction of Agadir. On entering the town, follow signs to the tourist district. At Blvd Mohamed V, take the second traffic lights, then turn left and carry straight on.
