Hotel Features. The six story hotel was constructed in 1880 and converted into apartments in 1999. Complimentary access to Escape Health Club at the Scotsman Hotel includes a 16 metre pool, spa tub, sauna, gymnasium, aerobics studio and Arctic and Tropical showers. The on site guest lounge provides a continental complimentary breakfast of tea, coffee, muffins and fruits.
Guestrooms. Apartment style guestrooms feature complimentary high speed Internet access, cable television and personal voicemail. Furnishings include dressing tables, built in closets, dining tables and kitchens. Refrigerators, gas stoves, microwave and conventional ovens and cookware are offered.
Expert Tip. After a day of shopping, complimentary wine can be enjoyed in the lobby. The hotel offers a 20% discount at The Living Room restaurant on George Street.
